Privacy Policy
Effective: 27 October 2026
Warke Encode is operated by Warke Technologies and Research Private Limited. This policy explains how the application processes information.
1. Your conversion content
URL, Base64, HTML entity and hexadecimal conversions happen locally in your browser. The application does not upload your input text or conversion result to its servers to perform these conversions. Using a shared or compromised device still carries the normal risks of local data exposure.
2. Account data
When you register, we store your name, email address, password hash, email verification status and account status to manage your account. Passwords are hashed and are not stored in readable form.
3. Activity metadata
For signed-in, verified accounts, the app may store the format used, whether encoding or decoding occurred, input and output byte counts and the date and time of an operation. It does not send or store the actual input or output text as part of this record. Administrators can disable activity recording.
4. Technical data
Essential cookies maintain login and security sessions. Web servers and infrastructure providers may independently keep operational logs, such as IP address, access time and requested paths, depending on deployment settings. We do not use advertising tracking in the included application.
5. Email and retention
Emails are used for account verification and password resets through the configured email provider. Account and activity metadata are retained while your account exists, unless otherwise required by law. You can delete a non-administrator account in account settings; its recorded activity metadata is deleted with it. Backups may persist under the hosting operator's retention schedule.
6. Contact
